Turning electricity into products. That's been the obsession since day one, and it still is.

Today I serve as Chief AI Officer at RebelDot, where I focus on building teams that scale, products that actually ship, and engineering practices that stand the test of growth. The team I lead is currently one of the largest AI & Data Engineering teams in a services company. This means we solve problems for startups, enterprises, and motorsport teams all over the world. Perhaps one of the things that stands out the most is the fact that we are a technical partner of the Visa Cash App RB F1 team.

My background spans founding and exiting a startup (steepsoft), publishing research, and leading large engineering orgs. I thrive at the messy intersection of research, infrastructure, and business impact. I help organizations navigate the real challenges of deploying AI at scale. Whether it's fine-tuning LLMs, building MLOps pipelines, or scaling distributed teams.

I still ship code between meetings. Leadership that loses touch with the terminal loses touch with reality.
